Enable Enrollments - Registry Setting

This registry setting allows you to configure your system as enrollment-based instead of episode-based. 
A system can only be configured to be either enrollment- or episode-based for recording diagnoses. There will not be the ability to have a mix where some diagnoses are recorded are enrollment-based and others episode-based.

 Once set to '2' or '3', this registry setting cannot be modified back to '0' or '1'. In addition, this registry setting can only be re-disabled if the setting is '1'.

 

SETUP

'1' adds the user-defined Enrollment Program field to the Program Maintenance and Single Program Maintenance forms to allow you to set up programs prior to enabling the Enrollment functionality. This field is required for all Admit and Pre-Admit program types.

USAGE

'2' enables manual Enrollment functionality.

'3' enables Automated Enrollment functionality.

 A setting of '2' or '3' will add the Client Enrollment and Enrollment Diagnosis forms to the menu, and the new field Enrollment to the Admission and Admission (Outpatient) forms. A process will be run to generate enrollments based on existing episodes.
Once your system is configured as Enrollment-based, the standard Diagnosis form will no longer be accessible.

'0' disables all Enrollment functionality.
