Modifier 2 - Dictionary Value

Modifier 2 is set up in the Dictionary Update form (Other Tabled Files file - data element 19104). This dictionary is used to define modifiers to be used in the Certification Category Setup section of the BBH Setup form for New Hampshire billing for the Bureau of Behavioral Health (BBH). The dictionary has been pre-loaded with values, but they can be modified as needed.
