Enrollment Program - Dictionary Value

Enrollment Program is set up in the Dictionary Update form (Other Tables Files - data element 1640).
This dictionary is used in Program Maintenance to identify the programs that will be grouped together as a single Enrollment for a client whose admissions or episodes with the same Enrollment Program overlap.

This dictionary has an extended data element:

  • 1641 - Number of Days after the admission to check for active enrollment (Blank or 0 to not check for future enrollment)
    Enter the number of days after an admission to the program to check for an active enrollment. If no enrollment is found, a new Enrollment will be created that matches
    the Enrollment Program in Program Maintenance or Single Program Maintenance.
