'Y' enables several fields in the Fast Service Entry form:

  • The Date Claims Received field is enabled in the Fast Service Summary Section.
  • The Claim Status Reason, Type of Service, Diagnosis, Performing Provider Type, and Performing Provider fields are enabled in the Fast Service Detail Section.

'N' disables these fields in this form.
