'Y' enables the Discipline(s) field in the Service Codes form and all Client Charge Input forms.

This field allows you to specify disciplines for a particular service code.

The Discipline dictionary will populate with disciplines that are valid for the service code, and practitioner.

'N' removes the field from the forms.
