RRG - Dictionary Value
Revenue Reporting Group (RRG) is set up in the Dictionary Update form (Client file - data element 1141).
The Revenue Reporting Group (RRG) is a code assigned to a program that determines how revenue will be reported for many of the basic system-generated billing reports. Revenue groups are related to programs and must be assigned when a program is defined. RRG should be based on the most common fiscal type of reporting required. This association allows you to determine programs by clinical requirements, and RRGs by fiscal requirements. It is important to note that while many programs can consolidate to a single RRG, for each RRG, there must be at least one corresponding program. Programs can be associated with an RRG in the Program Maintenance form.
Examples:
- Res = Residential
- Day = Day Treatment
- Sub = Substance Abuse
- MH = Mental Health
