Outside Provider is defined in the Dictionary Update form (CalOMS File - data element 70701).

The dictionary code to use for the Cal-OMS provider ID is a six-digit number: a combination of the two-digit county code and the facility ID.

This dictionary code has an extended dictionary data element:

  • 70649 - Cal-OMS Type of Service
    Select the type of Cal-OMS services to associate with the provider.
