This registry setting is accessed for the following form locations:

Avatar CWS > Treatment Plan > Treatment Plan > Problems > Status Setup

Avatar CWS > Treatment Plan > Treatment Plan > Goals > Status Setup

Avatar CWS > Treatment Plan > Treatment Plan > Objectives > Status Setup

Avatar CWS > Treatment Plan > Treatment Plan > Interventions > Status Setup

 

'Y' populates the 'Predefined' field for the problem, goal, objective, intervention based on how that item is defined for the treatment plan library.
This is used for tracking whether plans are being individualized for the client. 

'N' disables this functionality.
