Vital Sign Setup Section

Define the normal vital sign ranges.

1. In the Vital Signs Setup table, click Add New Item.
2. In the Vital Sign field, select the vital sign.
3. In the Sex field, select the gender.
4. In the Age Range Field, select the associated age range.
5. In the Normal Range Low and High fields, enter the vital sign normal low and high values.
6. The Units field displays the unit of measure.
