Treatment Plan Status Override

Use Treatment Plan Status Override to change or override a treatment plan status from pending approval or final to draft. 

Prerequisites:

  • A treatment plan must have been created with a status of pending review.
  • Access to treatment plan status of pending review, and final is set up in Notification Users and Required User List Management forms.
  1. Go to Avatar CWS > CWS Utilities > Treatment Plan Status Override
  2. In the Select Client field, enter the client name, and select.
  3. In the Select Treatment Plan field, select the treatment plan type to override.
  4. In the Select Client Plan field, select the individual treatment plan.
    The field displays the treatment plan status, date, and name.
  5. In the Override Reason field, enter the information.
  6. Select Print Treatment Plan to view treatment plan information.
  7. Select Submit.
