Treatment Plan Deletion

Delete a treatment plan associated with a client.

1. Go to: Avatar CWS > CWS Utilities
2. Enter the client ID in the Client Name/ID field, click Select Client Name/ID Search.
3. Select Ok.
4. In the Type Of Treatment Plan To Delete field, select the treatment plan type.
   Result: All myAvatar CWS treatment plan types, and those created in the Treatment Plan form display.
5. In the Episode # field, select the client episode.
6. In the Treatment Plan field, select the treatment plan associated with the client and episode.
7. Select View Selected Treatment Plan to display a screen illustrating the treatment plan's structure.
8. In the Reason For Deletion field, select the reason for deleting the treatment plan.
9. In the Comments field, enter associated comments for the treatment plan deletion.
10. Select Submit.
