Record all of the staff members associated with the client's individual plan.

  1. In the Team Participation table, click Add New Item.
  2. In the Role in MR Treatment Plan, select the staff member role.
  3. In the Staff Member field, enter the staff member's name, click Process Search. Click Ok.
  4. Enter other information as appropriate.
