Sections in multiple forms - Site Specific Section Modeling

You can add user-defined sections and fields into myAvatar CWS Progress Note and Treatment Plan forms. Sometimes you need to capture information for your facility that is not captured in the default form. To do this, you can add fields using the site-specific section.

The following product forms can use the site-specific section functionality as well as the site-specific forms that can be created in myAvatar CWS:
