Results Reconciliation

This form allows you to View and monitor a grid of unmatched lab results and match each of these messages to a client in the system.

Prerequisites:

Reconcile Results

  1. Go to: Avatar CWS > Results
  2. Click Assign Results to launch the information grid.
    • Within the grid, you will have the option to delete messages that should be discarded, or to leave messages that should be reviewed later.
  3. Save the grid and click Submit.
    • Upon filing the form, those messages with selected clients will then be filed.
