Problem List Screen

Enter client problems.

Columns

  • Problem - enter the problem description. Select the problem.
    SNOMED problems display.
  • Type - select the problem type.
  • Date Identified - enter the date the problem was detected.
  • Date of Onset - enter the onset date.
    This field now features a drop down calendar for easier selection.
  • Time of Onset - enter the time.
  • Status - select the problem status.
  • Chronicity - select the problem chronicity.
  • Date Resolved - enter the date the problem was resolved.
    This fields now features a drop down calendar for easier selection.
  • Diagnosis Code - displays the diagnosis code associated with the problem (from the SNOMED database).
  • Action - select the problem action.
  • Comment - enter comments associated with the problem.
  • System Notes - click View to see information on where the problem originated. Problems added directly to the list from this screen will be blank.
  • Problem Information - click the information button to launch a browser window performing a web search for the associated problem entered on the problem list.
    If the Use Netsmart InfoButton registry setting is enabled, this browser will open to MedlinePlus. Results will not be returned from that site if the specified problem is not in their database, or is listed as Specify Other.

Buttons

  • New Row - create a new row.
  • Delete Row - delete a row.
  • Save - submit changes made in the screen.
    This button is enabled when all required information is entered.
  • Close/Cancel - close the screen without saving changes.
  • Copy/Paste Row - select a row to copy or paste.
  • Copy Cell - select a cell to copy.
  • Paste Cell - select a cell to paste.
