MH/MR Treatment Plan Status Override

You can change the status of an MR or MH Treatment Plan using this utility.

Prerequisites:

A mental health, or mental retardation treatment plan must have been created.
Access to treatment plan status of pending review, and final is setup in Notification Users and Required User List Management forms (CWS RADplus Utilities).

Override the MH/MR Treatment Plan Status

Go to: Avatar CWS > CWS Utilities
In the Treatment Plan field, select the treatment plan type to override.
In the Override field, select the treatment plan status to override.
In the Client Lookup field, enter the client name.
Click Process Search to select.
Click Ok.
Click Select Row. (Rows represent separate treatment plans, sorted by date.)
Select a row, click Ok.
In the Override Reason field, enter the information.
Click Print Row Contents to view treatment plan information.
Click Submit.
