Record details of the client's interactions with the legal system.

1. In the Legal Status Additional Comments field, enter any relevant details regarding the client's legal status.
2. In the History of Prior Juvenile Criminal Offenses and Outcomes field, enter any relevant details regarding the client's criminal offenses as a minor.
3. In the History of Prior Adult Criminal Offenses and Outcomes field, enter any relevant details regarding the client's criminal offenses as an adult.
4. In the Circumstances Surrounding Current Criminal Offense(s) field, enter any relevant details regarding the client's current offenses.
5. In the Strengths field, enter the client's legal strengths.
6. In the Weaknesses field, enter the client's legal weaknesses.
7. In the High Risk Psychosocial Issues Requiring Early Treatment Plan field, enter any relevant details regarding issues for which the client needs treatment.
8. In the Client's Perception of Psychosocial Issues, Treatment field, enter any relevant details regarding how the client views his or her own issues.
9. In the Family Perception of Client's Psychosocial Issues, Treatment field, enter any relevant details regarding the client's family views his or her issues.
10. In the Social Work Plan to Addr Issues Requiring Immediate Planning field, enter any relevant details regarding the social work plan to address the client's issues.
11. In the Additional Information / Addendum field, enter any comments to supplement the legal information supplied.
12. In the Discharge Plan field, enter any relevant details regarding the plan for discharging the client.
