View treatment plan information for a client.

Avatar CWS > Treatment Planning > MR Treatment Plan

  1. In the Patient field enter the client name, click Process Search. Click Ok.
  2. If the client has multiple episode, in the Patient Episode # field select the episode.
  3. If the client has multiple treatment plans for the episode, in the Individual/All Plans field:
  • Select All to view information for all treatment plans.
  • Select Individual to choose an individual treatment plan (Individual Plans field).
  1. Click Process.
