Client Reminders screen

This screen allows you to track when a reminder is given to a patient. 

The Client Communication Preference captured on the client's demographic record also appears as a display. Users can then indicate the actual communication method.

Field Name Function
Client ID Displays the Client ID.
Program Displays the client program type.
Reminder Create Date Displays the reminder creation date, and can be edited.
Reminder Create By Displays the user who created the reminder, and can be edited.
Gender Displays the client gender.
Age Displays the client aged.
Reminder Type Select the reminder type.
Reminder Completion Date Enter the completion date.
Client's Communication Preference Select the client's communication preference
Actual Communication Method Select how the client communicated.

Buttons

Button Function
Delete Row Delete a row.
Save Submit changes made in the screen.
Close/Cancel Close the screen without saving changes.
