Require Referral Source in CSI Assessment

What are we doing?

Updating the Referral Source field in the CSI Assessment form to be a required field.

Why are we doing it?

The CSI Assessment file output requires the Referral Source to be included in the file output. The Referral Source is currently an optional field. Updating the validation on this field during initial data entry helps reduce file output errors for missing content.

How are we doing it?

By updating the Referral Source field in the CSI Assessment form to be a required field.
