What are we doing?

Updating the existing product custom logic to pull active problems into Progress Notes.

Why are we doing it?

CalAIM documentation reform has updated requirements that leverage the Problem List. While current functionality can pull active problems into a Progress Note, the CalAIM Documentation Reform focus group requested that the problems listed display a more detailed description and respect the Problem Classification registry setting.

By updating the product custom logic to pull active problems into a Progress Note to have the problem description match exactly what appears in the Problem List and respect the Problem Classification registry setting.
