Require Comments when Rejecting To Do

What are we doing?

Comments will be required when a staff member rejects a To Do.

Why are we doing it?

To avoid unnecessary steps for the To Do workflow, comments on rejected To Do's will be required on the review and there will no longer be an additional text box that displays after a To Do is rejected. This will be valuable due to not having another text box validate the previous text box.

How are we doing it?

When a To Do is rejected, the comments text box will be required when reviewing the To Do in order to save and process the rejected To Do.
