What are we doing?

Providing the ability to document observations via a web browser from a tablet or desktop device. 

Why are we doing it?

1. Align the client experience across the solution for the same look and feel. 
2. Increase accessibility beyond iPads to include myAvatar NX supported browser and tablet devices.
3. Improve staff efficiency and satisfaction through mobile workflows.
4. Increase observation compliance to reduce the risk and cost linked with missed observations.
5. Complete client observations from a tablet device while on the network. 
6. Improve client and staff member safety through visual alert indicators.
