Diagnosis Favorites List

What are we doing?

Users will have ability to quickly add a diagnosis from a favorites list rather than having to manually search for a diagnosis that is frequently added. 

Why are we doing it?

Having a diagnosis favorites list will save time and make for a more user-friendly experience when adding a diagnosis to a client’s chart.

How are we doing it?

Diagnosis favorites will be defined at the organization level; however, users will have ability to override an organization’s diagnoses favorites and define diagnosis favorites based on an individual program.

There will be a new form, Diagnosis Favorites, that will allow users to add or remove diagnoses based on agency. On the current Diagnosis form, users will have the ability to select a link that will launch the diagnosis favorites defined on the Diagnosis Favorites form.
