The following myAvatar Data Copy Policy is effective January 1, 2018 and applies to Netsmart-hosted clients and Client-hosted clients.
It is our best practice recommended workflow that clients should be testing releases/updates against a similar system to their production environment and as a result Netsmart offers 1 LIVE to UAT refresh per calendar quarter without fee. Any unused copies will not roll over into the next calendar quarter.
Any requests for additional environment data copies in excess of one in any calendar quarter will be subject to a fee of $600 per environment requesting to be copied.
Project related data copies will be outlined in the project plan and within the agreement. If not otherwise stated, Netsmart will allow, up to four copies throughout the Care Record project, as needed, if directly related to the implementation of the engagement prior to Go-Live.
