Disable Results Observed By Field - Registry Setting

Use this setting to disable the Result Observed By field on the Results dialog.

The value for the Result Observed By field defaults to the currently logged-on user when entering results for an administration event. If this field is disabled, a user filing the results will not be able to change the value for Result Observed By to be another user.

Type 'Y' for Yes or 'N' for No.
