Enable Avatar Mobile Users - Registry Setting

RADplus Utilities > System Security > User Definition

'Y' enables the Is this a valid Avatar Mobile user field in the User Definition form (User Caseload section).

Note: A user must be defined as an Avatar Mobile user to access the Avatar Mobile product.

If the facility is not enabled for Avatar Mobile:

  • 'Y' displays the Is this a valid Avatar Mobile user field, but making changes in the field does not affect myAvatar.
  • 'N' disables the above field and prevents access to Avatar Mobile. This setting can be used during maintenance or application upgrade.
