Use Coverage Effective/Expiration Dates - Registry Setting

'Y' overrides the statement From Date of an initial claim (Bill Type xx1 or xx2), with the Coverage Effective Date (defined in the Financial Eligibility form).

  • The first date of service is used as the From Date, if it is earlier than the Coverage Effective Date.

  • The Coverage Expiration Date overrides the claim Through Date.

  • The last date of service is used as the Through Date, if it is greater than the Coverage Expiration Date.
