Update Financial Eligibility Data - Registry Setting

Avatar PM > Client Information > Client Demographics

'Y' updates subscriber demographic fields in the Financial Eligibility, and Cross Episode Financial Eligibility forms when these fields are updated in the Admission, Discharge, or Update Client Data forms.

This registry setting affects clients if:

  • The Client’s Relationship To Subscriber field is set to Self in the Financial Eligibility, or Cross Episode Financial Eligibility forms.
    File:myAvatar/myAvatar_PM_-_Practice_Management/Avatar_PM/080/CL0/note-3L.png Client's Relationship To Subscriber is a user-defined dictionary.

  • Yes is selected in the Default Client Demographic Information extended dictionary of Client’s Relationship To Subscriber.

  • Patient Is The Insured is selected in the Billing Patient’s Relationship To Insured field.

'N' prevents updates to subscriber demographic fields.
