UB04 Suppressions - Registry Setting

This registry setting only applies to Avatar installments with a Multiple Server Environment.
For Single Server Environments, please see the following registry settings:

• Suppress Covered/Non-Covered Days
• Suppress Estimated Amount Due Payer (Form Locator 55)
• Suppress Patient Id (Form Locator 8a)
• Suppress Prior Payments (Form Locator 54) For Zero Amount

Enter the corresponding numbers separated by an '&' to enable form locators in the UB-04 section of the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form.

1 - Covered/Non-covered Days (Form Locators 39-41)
This selection adds the fields 'Value To Display For Value Code 80 (Covered Days Form Locator 39-41)' and 'Value To Display For Value Code 81 (Non-Covered Days Form Locator 39-41)'.

2 - Estimated Amt Due Payer (Form Locator 55)
This selection adds the field 'Value to Display For Estimated Amount Due - Payer (Form Locator 55)'.

3 - Patient Id (Form Locator 8a)
This selection adds the field 'If Patient Identifier (Form Locator 8a) Matches Insured's Unique ID (Form Locator 60) Suppress Patient Identifier'.

4 - Prior Payments (Form Locator 54) for Zero Amount
This selection adds the field 'If Prior Payments (Form Locator 54) Equals Zero Suppress Prior Payments'.

For example, by entering '1&3' the Covered/Non-covered Days and Patient Id will add form locators to the paper UB-04.
