This registry setting only applies to Avatar installments with a Single Server Environment.
For Multiple Server Environments, please see 837I Loops/Segments To Suppress.

'Y' enables the 'Suppress Non-Billable Leaves' field in the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form (837 Institutional, and Paper UB-04 sections).

This field allows non-billable leaves to be suppressed from an 837 bill.

'N' disables the above field.
