This registry setting only applies to Avatar installments with a Single Server Environment.
For Multiple Server Environments, please see UB04 Suppressions.

'Y' enables the following fields in the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form (Paper UB-04 section).

These fields suppress covered or non-covered days from the paper UB-04:

Value To Display For Value Code 80 (Covered Days Form Locator 39-41)

Value To Display For Value Code 81 (Non-Covered Days Form Locator 39-41)

'N' disables the above fields.
