Specify Default Discharge Hour (2300-DTP) - Registry Setting

Selecting 'Y' gives an end user the ability to specify a default Discharge Hour (2300 DTP). This is accomplished by adding the prompt 'Discharge Hour (2300 DTP)' to the form, 'Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults' (837 Institutional). The time specified in this prompt will only be used if no discharge time is found for the client.

Selecting 'N' removes the prompt from the form.

The time specified in this field is used as the default discharge time when a PPS discharge bill is generated due to the coverage expiration of the client.
