 This is hidden registry setting. To view this setting, select Yes in the Include Hidden Registry Settings field on the Registry Settings form.

'Y' enables the 'Does This Service Require A Diagnosis For 837P' field in the Service Codes form.

This fields defines if a service requires a diagnosis for 837 professional.

The 837 professional bill requires a diagnosis for all services.

'N' disables the above field.
