Avatar PM > Billing > Client Charge Input > With Medical Diagnosis

Define the number of medical diagnosis fields to enable in the 'Client Charge Input With Diagnosis Entry', and 'Client Charge Input (Charge Fee Access and Diagnosis Entry)' forms.

Enter '2','3', or '4'.

  • If the Include Medical Diagnosis registry setting is set to 'Y', the above registry setting enables the same number of diagnosis fields that will be enabled in the 'Service Panel Charge Input' form.

  • Likewise, if the Avatar Appointment Scheduling registry setting Include Medical Diagnosis is set to 'Y', the same number of diagnosis fields will be enabled in all Appointment Scheduling forms.
