Maiden Name Gender Validation - Registry Setting

This registry setting allows you to determine whether or not the Maiden Name field is enabled dependent upon the gender selection.

'1' enables the Maiden Name field only if the gender is selected as "Female." This is the system default.

'2' enables the Maiden Name field in all demographic sections regardless of gender.
