'Y' enables the ’Include Service Level Adjudication Information (2430)’ field in the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form.

This field specifies whether the Service Level Adjudication loop (2430) is included in an 837 file.

The system can also generate Service Level Adjudication (2430) information when the billing guarantor is also part of the Other Subscriber Information.
