'Y' enables Posting Comments field in the following forms:

Batch Cash Posting, Deposit Entry, Individual Cash Posting, Quick Cash Posting, and Quick Individual Cash Posting

File:myAvatar/myAvatar_PM_-_Practice_Management/Avatar_PM/080/7J0/note-3L.png The Posting Comments field cannot be edited once the form is submitted.

'N' disables the Posting Comments field in the above forms.

Disabling the Posting Comments field will not delete any saved data.
