'Y'enables the 'Include Member Mailing Address (2100C)' field in the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form (834 Submissions section).

This field populates the following segments with a client's mailing address information: Member Mailing Address (NM1), Member Mail Street Address (N3), and Member Mail City, State, ZIP Code (N4).

'N' disables the above field.
