Specify the guarantors to exclude Service Line Information (Loops 2210D or 2210E) from a 276 submission file.

  • Enter the guarantor code (Guarantors/Payors form).

Separate multiple guarantor codes with '&'.

  • If no value is entered, service line information will be included for all guarantors.
