Enable Service Unit Splits - Registry Setting

 This is hidden registry setting. To view this setting, select Yes in the Include Hidden Registry Settings field on the Registry Settings form.

'1' allows the units of a service to be split across multiple benefit plans and/or guarantors during liability distribution. This applies to benefit plans where a 'Maximum Units Per Day' has been set. If the service being distributed contains a number of units greater than the remaining 'Maximum Units Per Day' balance, the remianing balance of units will be distributed and the excess units will be redistributed ot the next benefit plan/guarantor. Additionally, this setting will require that all transfer amounts be equivalent to the cost of a whole number of units.

'2' enables the same functionality as '1' with the exception that dollar amounts posted are not required to be whole unit amounts.

'0' disables this functionality. In this case, if the number of units of a service exceeds the 'Maximum Units Per Day', the current benefit plan is skipped, and the entire amount of units will be redistributed to the next benefit plan/guarantor.
