Enable Security Level Maximum Amount - Registry Setting

'Y' enables the 'Maximum Dollar Amount For Security Level' fields in the Posting/Adjustment Codes Definition form.

When a posting code is selected, and an amount to post is entered, the amount will be validated based on the user's security and the values set up in the Posting/Adjustment Code Definition form.

'N' disables the above fields.
