Enable No-Pay ##0 Claim Overrides - Registry Setting

'Y' adds the following fields to the 837 Institutional section of the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form to allow you to do more customization on the No-Pay ##0 Claims.

  • Exclude entries from the 'UB-92/UB-04/837I Billing Maintenance Screen' when generating No-Pay ##0 Claims
    Select Yes to exclude values defined for the client under Ub-92/UB-04/837I Billing Maintenance Screen from the Institutional claim, and instead the values from Guarantor Program/Billing Defaults or applicable PM guarantor/claim/service data are used.
  • Billing note text (2300-NTE-02) (No-Pay ##0 Claims)
    Enter a note for billing. This will be included in the Institutional claim.
  • Value codes for 2300-HI:Condition Information-2 (No-Pay ##0 Claims)
    Select the applicable value codes to include on the Institutional claim.

'N' removes these fields from the form.
