'Y' enables the Enable Drug Identification (Form Locator 24) field in the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form.

This field includes National Drug Identification information in a paper HCFA-1500 bill.  

The data is populated from information specified in the National Drug Code Reporting form, and displays in the shaded section of form locator 24.
