Enable Monthly Limitation Validation - Registry Setting

'N' will disable validation of the data entered in the Maximum Units and Month 1 Units through Month 13 Units.

'E' will enable validation of the data entered in the Maximum Units and Month 1 Units through Month 13 Units. If the values entered in the fields Month 1 Units through Month 13 Units exceed the value entered in the Maximum Units field, the user will receive an error and entry will be stopped.

'W' will enable validation of the data entered in the Maximum Units and Month 1 Units through Month 13 Units. If the values entered in the fields Month 1 Units through Month 13 Units exceed the value entered in the Maximum Units field, the user will receive a warning but entry will be allowed.
