'Y' enables the following:

  • The Medicaid Spend-Down form

This form defines the medicaid spend-down met date for a client.

  • The 'Does Guarantor Require Spend-Down?' field is enables in the Guarantor/Payors form.

This field specifies whether a guarantor requires a medicaid spend-down met date.

This form and field define whether liability should be distributed to a guarantor if the guarantor requires a medicaid spend-down met date, and if a client's medicaid spend-down met date has been reached for a month and year.

'N' disables this functionality.
