Enable Inpatient Re-Billing Overrides - Registry Setting

'Y' enables the following fields in the Electronic Re-Billing Service Assignment form.

These fields allow overriding or adding to 837 billing segments, when inpatient services are re-billed:

  • Deductible Amount
  • Covered Days
  • Co-Insurance Days
  • Co-Insurance Amount
  • Lifetime Reserve Days
  • Lifetime Reserve Value Amount
  • Statement From Date
  • Statement To Date
  • Delay Reason Code (enabled for both inpatient and outpatient services)

The help messages associated with the fields above provide additional information.
The Include Service Level Adjudication Info registry setting must be enabled for other subscriber information logic to be processed.

'N' disables the above fields.
