'Y' enables the Calculate Fixed Fee Units By field in the Roll-Up Services Definition form.

This field specifies how units will be calculated for a roll up, for fixed fee service codes (Fixed Fee selected in the 'Type Of Fee' field, Service Codes form).

'N' disables the above field.
