Enable Crossover Payment Logic - Registry Setting

This registry setting gives you the ability to utilize crossover payment logic to determine the guarantor to post a payment/adjustment against when processing an 835.

'Y' enables the 'Perform crossover payment check?' field in the 835 Health Care Claim Payment/Advice form. The 835 section of the Guarantors/Payors form is also added.

'N' disables this functionality.
