Enable 834 Submissions - Registry Setting

'Y' enables the following:

• 834 Submission fields are enabled in the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults, and Guarantor/Payors forms.

• The Benefit Enrollment and Maintenance (834) Submissions form.

'N' disables all fields, forms, and logic associated with benefit enrollment and maintenance submissions (834).
